  1. You will need to take sugar (3 tbsp), almond oil (1 tbsp) and vanilla essential oil (5 drops).

  2. You will need to take ground cinnamon powder (2 tsp), finely ground sea salt (1 tsp), olive oil (1 tsp), coarse black pepper (1 pinch).

  5. If a strong burning sensation occurs, the scrub should be washed off immediately.

With sedentary work and low mobility, for example, this is a very common occurrence. Regarding exfoliation of the skin with scrubs, I will briefly repeat the main points that were previously voiced by Anastasia Volgina, trainer-cosmetologist EGIA biocare system:

• You need to scrub your skin 1-2 times a week. More often than not, this does not make sense, since skin cells do not have time to renew themselves during this time.
