How to properly care for your facial skin? Tips without which you cannot achieve perfect skin
Use sunscreen in both summer and winter. During the cold season, ultraviolet rays are reflected from the snow and give pigment to the face, and also contribute to early aging of the skin. Never touch your face with your hands or squeeze pimples. This should be taboo! No procedures will help if you don’t watch your diet. Put sweets, flour, salty and fried foods far away in the cupboard. The main thing to remember is that everything takes time. You may not notice any noticeable results in the first few days. Don't give up, and your skin will thank you (okay, okay, for a holiday or when you really want it, you can have a bun). Stay hydrated. Of course, you shouldn’t force water into yourself, but you can “push” your brain to desire. Place a glass of water on the table, and your hand will reach for it. Always wash off your makeup at night. 90% of the success of facial care is proper washing. Gel or foam for washing should gently and delicately remove dirt and cosmetics. Beauty and health of the skin are impossible if the protective layer is destroyed, so you can’t wash your face every day until it’s squeaky clean. Wash your makeup brushes frequently to prevent bacteria from growing.
If the skin is tight and pimples appear on it, then use masks and creams for young skin with salicylic and azelaic acids. They will reduce sebum production, moisturize and reduce acne.
Masks and peelings will make your skin smooth, soft and radiant. But the best thing you can do for your face is massage. In combination with masks it will give an amazing effect! Massage stimulates blood circulation and breathing of the skin, so it can quickly and permanently restore its youth, tighten and refresh it. Massage your face for 5 minutes while washing your face along the massage lines or pat it with your fingertips.

Aloe face masks
Aloe face masks are not used that often. But if you try this recipe at least once, you can make an amazing discovery for yourself. With regular use, masks with aloe make the skin velvety and soft, the way every woman would like to see it. The juice of this plant becomes a protective barrier for the skin from external factors, which is important at any time of the year. It will soothe and moisturize sensitive skin, revitalize it, smooth out expression lines, eliminate the first signs of aging and even out the skin tone. If your face suffers from inflammation, then an aloe mask will reduce it and heal acne.
Features of sensitive dermis
There are various reasons for the increased sensitivity of the dermis to external factors. Taking into account the nature of the appearance of “features”, sensitive skin is divided into the following categories:
- Unstable - sensitivity occurs intermittently, now activating, now fading. Time passes and the situation stabilizes. The main causes of negative reactions are overwork and stress.
Pigment spots and skin sensitivity can occur as a result of stress.
- Exhausted - the problem here is improper care. Try to use high-quality cosmetics and choose the right creams. Otherwise, the lipid layer, the main protective layer, will begin to collapse.
- Weak – the epidermis is thin from birth. It has a deficient fat layer, a poor protective layer, which is why various problems begin.
- Sick - the condition is provoked by pathologies of internal organs and systems, especially infections, problems with the thyroid gland, gastrointestinal tract, and persistent allergies.
Each type of sensitive skin requires a specific rehabilitation program. Correct identification of the cause of the problem and its competent elimination is the key to successful treatment.
By themselves, products for sensitive skin will not eliminate the problem, but they can significantly improve the situation. It is important to use them together with appropriate tonics and creams.

- masks containing alcohol;
- deep peelings;
- fatty products;
- solidifying nutrient compositions.
If there is redness, irritation, or wounds on your face, temporarily postpone the procedure. Deep cleaning, especially mechanical, with the use of aggressive scrubs for sensitive skin is not advisable in principle, and even more so before using masks.
Particular care should be taken with rosacea. If you find your line of products, do not change it, as this may lead to unpredictable results.

It is at this time that it is always best to cleanse the skin layers of impurities, and after visiting the bathhouse, the facial skin is best prepared for nourishing cosmetics. You need to apply masks in the bath only after leaving the steam room.
How to apply masks correctly?
We've sorted out the mask recipes. But for them to really “work”, you need to know 11 rules for applying a mask:
Prepare your skin before the procedure. Cleanse your face with foam or gel, even if you didn’t do makeup today. Steam your face so that the components penetrate into the deep layers of the epidermis. Keep a terry towel under steam or wet it with hot water and apply it to your face for a few minutes. Simply washing with hot water will not work. It will irritate the skin rather than open the pores.
Use a scrub. It will remove dead skin particles from the skin, and it will become more susceptible to the action of masks.
Be sure to make sure you are not allergic to the ingredients by testing the mask on your elbow.
Do any treatment 2 hours before bedtime so that all the ingredients have time to be absorbed and you do not experience swelling. It is most convenient to apply the mask with your fingers, but you can also use a flat silicone brush. The main rule is that the brush should be dry and clean. Once you apply the mask, relax. Sit comfortably on the sofa, turn on some calm music and dream. Can you afford to rest for 15 minutes! If you run around the house in a fuss at this time, the mask will slip or smear, and you will not notice the effect.
Do not keep the mask on your face for longer than prescribed. Clay that has dried on the skin will dry it out unnecessarily, cleansing masks can erase the protective layer, and nourishing masks will cause irritation if overexposed. Wash off the mask with water at room temperature. Immediately apply a cream suitable for your skin type. And the most important. Take care of your face regularly, not by inspiration.

- 1/2 ripe avocado;

Grate the carrots and squeeze out the juice. Remove the skin from half an avocado and place the pulp in a blender bowl. Add carrot juice, cream and egg.
