Frownies patches. Creation
The Frownies anti-wrinkle patch is created on the principle of a regular bactericidal patch. Let's go back a little into history and look at the chain of appearance of adhesive products that fight age-related changes in facial skin.
So, Germany 1828. Scientist Paul Karl Beusdorff dipped a small piece of linen rag in rubber, pine resin and zinc oxide and dried it. I realized that the resulting creation is sticky and there is an option to apply a layer with a composition on one side of the product that will promote recovery without resorting to bandaging.
Naturally, Paul tried the first healing, self-adhesive bandage on himself when he accidentally injured his hand. Having patented the adhesive bandage, already called a plaster, the scientist sold it to Oskar Troplowitz, a Jewish scientist who had his own pharmaceutical company, Beiersdorf.
A little later, the enterprising Oscar moved to the USA, where he continued his business of improving the adhesive bandage. And then, he sold a stake in his company to a cosmetics company that dealt with a line of products for facial rejuvenation. And based on the adhesive bandage of Paul Karl Beusdorff, the Frownies wrinkle patch was invented.
Regular patch
If you do not have enough finances to purchase such an anti-wrinkle product, then use a regular pharmacy patch. It also proved to be a very effective and inexpensive remedy that was used by our grandmothers.
However, you should follow the rules for using the patch; only in this case will you get the desired result:
- before gluing the product on the skin, it is necessary to lubricate it with anti-wrinkle cream or serum; adding fresh aloe leaf juice would be ideal;
- after a light massage with your fingertips, you can gently straighten the wrinkle and fix it with a piece of plaster;
- Do not leave the pad on for more than eight hours (the skin under it does not breathe);
- You need to remove the patch very carefully, after moistening it with water;
- Many women have a trace of the adhesive layer on their skin, which usually goes away after a few hours.
Do not forget that a regular patch is not recommended to be used more than once a month. Otherwise, you may experience irritation and an allergic reaction caused by a lack of oxygen.
How to apply correctly for different areas of the face
Wrinkles between the eyebrows, which are difficult to remove, are smoothed out with the help of a massage, which is recommended to be combined with facial gymnastics.
