Every woman in all centuries has tried to look her best. Velvety and toned skin has always been in fashion. But it is not always possible to maintain her smartness and attractiveness. The birth of a child, increased psychological and physical stress, genetic predisposition, vitamin deficiency, kidney or liver disease, bad habits - these are the reasons that can worsen capillary tone. This all contributes to the formation of purple spots on the skin and vascular rashes.
Don't worry about this. Progress does not stand still; for spider veins and spider veins, a procedure was invented - photoremoval of blood vessels.
Photoremoval of vessels and vascular mesh: principle of operation
The principle of operation of the photosystem is that the vascular networks absorb broadband light, after which they disappear, leaving no scars or scars.
At the SkinLazerMed clinic you will be offered a procedure for photoremoval of blood vessels using the IPL Quantum device. IPL light technology allows you to selectively target certain areas of vascular formations without damaging surrounding tissue. At the moment, we are one of the few who carry out procedures using equipment of this level.
Our highly qualified doctors will select the intensity of the light pulse for you in order to speed up the process of getting rid of excess blood vessels and pigmentation on the skin.
The IPL Quantum photosystem allows you to remove:
- Age spots, including freckles.
- Spider veins and asterisks.
- Has a rejuvenating effect.
The most popular areas:
Skin on the legs and face. It is these areas of the body that become covered with spider veins and cause discomfort to the owner.
Each person's skin condition is different. The number of procedures is selected individually for each person. Removing rosacea takes from 3 to 5 procedures. But the result will not keep you waiting!
Brief instructions for the patient
As already noted, laser treatment of the facial area is a safe method of getting rid of spider veins and is not associated with any serious side effects. However, it is worth highlighting the main nuances of pre- and postoperative aspects that any person who decides to undergo this procedure should remember.

Laser removal (coagulation) of blood vessels on the face
Hi all! I encountered the problem of blood vessels on my face after pregnancy and childbirth. My skin is generally very prone to this kind of problem. Since my youth, blood vessels began to appear on my shins (described in detail here).
I developed a small vascular network near the wings of my nose after I was 25 years old. And by the age of 27 it became very noticeable and blue discoloration appeared around the vessels.
All this taken together was very difficult to cover with regular BB cream or foundation. And the cosmetologist suggested removing this cosmetic defect using a laser. At the same time, we decided to correct the scars after removing moles on the cheek. And I agreed.
Procedures…
This kind of procedure is done in winter to avoid hyperpigmentation, as I understand it.
It was also immediately agreed that I would need three procedures with an interval of two weeks each. During the interval period, it is forbidden to visit saunas and work in an incline for a long time. And be sure to use face cream with a protective factor.
One flash costs 300 rubles. But I waited for the February discounts for people like me (last chance to do laser this winter). At a discount, the cost of one flash is 250 rubles.

Day X The best clinic, the best doctor, the best equipment...
_______________________________________________________________________________________
First...
I had my first procedure done at the beginning of February. Before the laser, they put on protective glasses, like in a solarium, and lubricated the wings of my nose with some kind of gel.
Then 3 flashes were made on each side of the nose. Even through glasses and closed eyes, I saw a very bright light. It made his eyes water very much.
It was painful. It feels like hundreds of thin needles are sharply digging into one point at the same time. But all this lasted minutes. Maybe two.
After the procedure, red spots remain in the affected areas, which went away as soon as I went outside into the cold.
Result. After the first procedure, in terms of blood vessels, I did not see any changes. Everything was the same as before. Although in the photo only large vessels remained, and small ones disappeared.
Total 6 flashes = 1500 rubles
Second...
Two weeks later in mid-February, according to the old scheme, I received the same six flashes. This time the sensations were a little less painful. But this is most likely due to the fact that I was mentally prepared.
My eyes also watered a lot during the procedure and for some time after it. The red spots took a little longer to disappear.
Result. I noticed the very next day that small blood vessels had disappeared on both sides. The blue is gone. One large vessel remained, but it also noticeably decreased in size.
Total 6 flashes = 1500 rubles
Third. Final…
The last procedure was done on February 28th. I would like to note that by this time, the vessels began to appear a little more again, although the previous blue color had not returned.
This time they gave me 4 flashes on each side. All the same pain, and watery eyes, and red spots.
Result. As soon as the redness subsided, there were no small vessels at all, one single large one became translucent, and the skin became the same color as on the whole face! To say that I was pleased is an understatement! The result was very cool on the scars, they were no longer noticeable at all!
Total 8 flashes = 2000 rubles
In total, three procedures cost me 5,000 rubles. (only flashes on blood vessels were taken into account, I did not take into account flashes on moles)
Results in a month...
This is the result after a month. Still, for a large vessel, three procedures were not enough to get rid of it completely. After the first/after the third in a month
But in my opinion, there is definitely a result. I, of course, hoped that there would be no vessels at all and they would not return.
On the other side of the face, blood vessels also began to appear little by little. But the scars, on the contrary, began to look even more invisible.
But both can be perfectly disguised with either BB cream, foundation, or powder.
Bottom line...
removes blood vessels
expensive
vessels return
short term result
To be honest, I have extremely vague impressions of this procedure. On the one hand, it’s good that I did it. And no matter how you look at it, there are fewer blood vessels, but the scars have practically disappeared! But it's expensive. Wow, how expensive even with discounts. And it’s very interesting how long the result will last. If after a month something partially returned, what if soon everything will return to the way it was. Then the game is definitely not worth the candle.
Time will tell, and I will definitely update the review a little later.
In the meantime, I recommend it!

Photoremoval of blood vessels - Before / After
Spider vein removal methods
First you need to determine the cause of this pathology. There are reversible forms of the disease, as well as chronic ones.
The latter are more difficult to deal with, however, various sets of procedures make it possible to get rid of spider veins on the face, reducing all manifestations to a minimum. Chronic diseases include hypertension (high blood pressure), problems with the circulatory system.
If a person has thin and sensitive skin, then rosacea will become even more pronounced.
There are several technologies that allow you to get rid of the manifestations of pathology:
- Sclerotherapy of the vascular network involves the use of a medication that “glues” the vessels together. Most often used for dilated veins in the lower extremities.
- Electrocoagulation is the effect of electrical impulses on the affected areas of the skin.
- Radio wave surgery is used to remove mesh from the surface of the skin in a non-contact manner.
- Laser photocoagulation is a modern and effective method of combating rosacea.
Below is a table describing the ratio of quality, pain and price of the procedure for removing vascular network:
Type of procedure | Price | Soreness | Efficiency |
sclerotherapy | average | medium (inconvenience when tightening with special clamps) | average |
electrocoagulation | average | average | high |
radio wave surgery | high | absence | high |
laser therapy | average | low | high |
Laser photocoagulation is a modern method of combating spider veins, allowing you to get rid of the manifestations of pathology quickly and painlessly.
This procedure has a number of advantages, which is the reason why more and more clinics are switching to the use of laser therapy.
Rehabilitation period
Like any other process, spider vein removal requires compliance with certain rules during the rehabilitation period. The laser procedure is distinctive in that the patient can return to a full-fledged lifestyle almost immediately after the session.
During the first 2-3 weeks after the so-called operation, you should not visit baths and saunas, you must avoid direct contact with the sun's rays, and you must exclude the possibility of getting a tan.
After laser therapy, you may need to apply a special cream for 7-10 days.
After the session, a thin crust may form on the skin (as a result of a slight burn), which will disappear after a few days.
There are no special instructions or restrictions for the remaining criteria. The patient must take care of his own skin, eliminating the possibility of physical injury.
It is strongly not recommended to remove the crust that has formed on your own until it subsides on its own.
This can injure the skin, which in turn can cause injury and pigmentation.
You should not try to artificially speed up the rehabilitation process - this may lead to the opposite result.
ELOS technology
When treating dilated capillaries using ELOS technology, their lumen decreases under the influence of high temperature, without damaging the surrounding tissue. The hemoglobin contained in the blood absorbs the light of the laser beam, which is converted into thermal energy, so the local temperature on the inner wall of the blood vessels increases. As a result, the resistance of the heated tissues decreases, and for a short time they become conductors of radio frequency energy. Radio frequency energy, flowing from one electrode to another, is also converted into thermal energy, which destroys structures that have absorbed (absorbed) laser light.
Blood has very high electrical conductivity. Due to the heating caused by the combined effects of the optical laser and radiofrequency source, the vessel is heated to a temperature sufficient to permanently damage the adventitia and endothelium, leading to scarring or disappearance of the vessel. The thermolysis that occurs here provides the desired result - the vessel is soldered, its lumen is clogged, and later overgrown with connective tissue, and thus blood circulation stops. In the absence of blood circulation in the dilated vessel, it gradually turns pale and disappears .
Folk remedies
To treat rosacea with folk remedies, masks are most often made, to which it is good to add Ascorutin, since it helps to normalize the condition of the skin by reducing capillary permeability. Here are the most effective remedies that are easy to prepare at home:
- Chamomile tonic. A tablespoon of flowers is brewed with a glass of boiling water and infused for one hour, the composition is filtered and one tablet of Ascorutin is dissolved in it. The areas affected by rosacea are wiped with this solution several times a day for 3 weeks;
- Berry mask. 20 sea buckthorn berries, raspberries and lingonberries are crushed into puree with the addition of a teaspoon of starch. This mass is applied to the face for 30 minutes, and then washed off with chamomile infusion. Procedures must be performed regularly - 2 times a week;
- Calendula ointment. It helps to achieve good, lasting treatment results. To prepare the ointment, 2 g of beeswax is melted in a water bath and mixed with 20 g of calendula oil. The warm mixture is applied to areas affected by rosacea.
Why is it called rejuvenation?
Collagen and elastin fibers are exposed to light waves. In their normal state, they resemble the springs in a mattress, supporting the top layers of skin and preventing the formation of wrinkles. However, with age, the springs sag, the skin loses its smooth surface and elasticity. Light waves inflict a micro-trauma on the fibers, and everything in our body is designed in such a way that in response to stress it produces a regeneration process. A month after the procedure, experts promise an improvement in complexion, skin tone, smoothing of fine wrinkles, and a general improvement in skin condition.
Advantages
The advantage of using ELOS technology is the absence of such serious complications as venous thrombosis and thrombophlebitis, hyperpigmentation and skin necrosis.
The result is most often achieved 4 to 8 weeks after treatment. Typically, three procedures are required every 6 to 8 weeks, but the result of treatment and the number of procedures depends on the course of the disease, the patient’s age, the presence of skin changes, genetic and environmental factors, compliance with specialist recommendations, as well as the body’s individual response to treatment. With a certain individual genetic and hormonal state of the body, it may not be possible to achieve the desired result.
Using ELOS technology you can treat:
- superficial veins of the legs and capillary network dilated to 1–4 mm;
- superficial telangiectasias on the legs, face or any other part of the body;
- angiomas.
How does the procedure work?
- The scope of the problem is discussed - those aesthetic defects that we would like to get rid of.
- The patient takes off shoes and items of clothing that impede manipulation (for example, a turtleneck sweater) and lies down on the couch.
- The patient and doctor put protective glasses on their eyes.
- A special gel is applied to the patient's skin.
- On top of the gel, the doctor applies a laser to problem areas. During the procedure, cold air is blown to reduce discomfort and prevent burns.
- At the end of the manipulation, the gel is removed; in rare cases, if necessary, a special cream is applied (to prevent burns, redness and swelling of the face).
- The patient receives recommendations from the doctor.
During laser treatment of rosacea on the face, no anesthesia is used. The cryocooler blows fairly cold air, which creates an analgesic effect. The manipulation may cause slight discomfort, but all pain is easily tolerated.
The service is non-invasive (no tissue damage). In rare cases, after the procedure, mild pigmentation, redness, and swelling of the face are possible, which disappear within the first 1-2 days after the manipulation).
