- Under the influence of retinol, cells in the deep layer of the dermis begin to divide more actively, and the number of cells in the basal layer increases. Increased renewal leads to active rejection of the surface layer of the skin - the epidermis, consisting of dead cells. This is why severe peeling is observed in the first weeks of using Tretinoin.
- At the same time, the epidermis becomes thinner, and the reduction of the outer layer of skin makes it easier for the secretion of the sebaceous glands to come out. - after the skin gets used to Tritin, it is applied 5 times a day to the place where the scar is located;
- This procedure using the product must be repeated once a week so that the scar disappears after about five or more procedures. Do not repeat this procedure more than once a week, as this may cause complications.
And for the treatment of common acne, Tritin is used for the first time in the following way:
- facial skin is pre-washed with special foam or tar soap;
- dip a cotton swab into the lotion;
- Gently pour it over each inflamed pimple on your face;
- let the lotion dry.
Then you need to wait at least a week before using the lotion again. During this time, you can use everyday hygiene products.
When you use Tritin, you may experience redness and flaking of the skin, which may take a few days to appear. There is no need to additionally treat the skin; it is restored and such manifestations are just features of the action of the product.
The first couple of weeks of treatment, Tritin lotion should be used once a week , and then you can increase the frequency, eventually bringing the frequency of use to every other day. The total course of treatment with Tritin is about three months, although positive dynamics will be observed much earlier.

Most likely you have heard of retinoic ointment. It contains isotretinoin or simply tretinoin. But, unfortunately, the ointment does not work well. Or rather, not so, the effect is insignificant, because... The tretinoin content itself is very low. There is no Russian wiki about tretinoin, there is an English wiki, if you want to read it.
Tretinoin is one of the best existing acne treatments in Europe and the USA. I knew this before, as I was on foreign forums, but I never had a chance to try it. In our country, unfortunately, tretinoin products are very expensive and most large companies do not carry it to the CIS. I know only one person on the CIS market who carries a product with tretinoin, it’s called Tritin.
You may also have heard about retinoic peeling, it costs around 3,000-10,000 rubles, depending on what acids are used to enhance it. This is for one procedure. It is one of the most popular remedies for getting rid of post-acne (spots, scars) in the world.
The lotion in question contains this same tritinoin + zinc , also one of the most effective remedies for treating acne. What does the lotion do? It works on the 2 in 1 principle, removes both inflammation and post-acne, but you need to use it very carefully, I’ll tell you more about this in the application section. In general, thanks to the high percentage of tretinoin, this remedy is so effective, but again I’ll talk about this below.

Contraindications
There are quite serious contraindications to the use of tretinoin:

The most accessible products for external use are Tretinoin cream and Tritin lotion, which show themselves to be very effective drugs for getting rid of acne. Application to affected areas of the skin should be done very carefully, avoiding overdose.
Cream
The cream is applied in a very thin layer with light rubbing. An indicator of correct application is complete absorption of the cream, but if after drying it peels off or the application site is quite noticeable, this means that the dose has been significantly exceeded. It is worth saying that increasing the dose does not give faster results, but only causes additional harm to the body. When using lotion, overdose is much easier to avoid. After no more than 6 hours have passed, the product should be removed by simple washing. For people with sensitive skin, it is generally recommended to start with leaving the product on the skin for half an hour, but if there is no negative reaction, then you can move on to longer use of the drugs.
The best absorption of the cream occurs after taking a warm bath, but exposure to the sun should be avoided. If it is not possible to prevent direct sunlight while using tretinoin products, apply sunscreen to your skin. If these precautions are not followed, pigment spots may appear at the site where the cream or lotion was used.
Lotion
Tritin anti-acne lotion contains zinc, which has the effect of eliminating the effects of seborrhea, which makes the product even more attractive as a drug that not only evens out the texture of the skin, but also completely changes its appearance.
Tritin is used topically for acne. Application is carried out with a cotton or gauze swab on previously thoroughly cleansed skin. If there is a need to get rid of scars formed at the site of acne, then the lotion will be more effective, since it contains the highest concentration of the active substance. To do this you need:
- use the lotion for 2-3 weeks 1-2 times a day to make the skin addictive;
- after the skin has become accustomed to Tritin, it must be applied 5 times to the location of the scar within one day;
- repeat peeling using Tritin once a week - the scar will disappear after 5-10 such active procedures.
Important! This peeling procedure should not be used more than once a week.
