Analogues of the drug “Baziron AS” are the best and most effective drugs

Often patients do not think about the consequences of using certain cosmetic and medicinal products. Therefore, complications begin to raise questions and are very worrying. A burn from Baziron is as common as its use. But why does this happen and what should be done? This is what begins to interest victims in the first place. It is worth immediately noting that such a reaction is not normal and you should stop using the medication.

Composition and release form of Baziron

The effectiveness of the drug is due to its composition. Benzoyl peroxide is used as the active substance. Supporting components include:

  • glycerol;
  • propylene glycol;
  • acrylate copolymer;
  • disodium edetate;
  • distilled water;
  • carbomer.

Baziron against comedones is available in the form of a gel having different concentrations of the main substance:

  • 2,5%;
  • 5%;
  • 10%.

The presence of auxiliary components gives the gel a light texture and ensures uniform application and absorption.

Types of burns by type of injury

Wounds received after a burn require long-term treatment

Burns are classified in different ways in medicine. One of the most used classifications is based on the type of lesion. This means that each type of burn differs from the others in the factor that caused the skin damage. Thus, the type of lesion will determine subsequent treatment, as well as the recovery period.

Thermal burns

The most dangerous type of burn. Can be obtained from exposure of the skin surface to high temperature. Among the most unpleasant consequences are not only the remaining scars, but also the likelihood of loss of vision and severe damage to the respiratory organs.

The resulting wounds after a burn require long-term treatment. If the severity of tissue damage corresponds to the third or fourth degree, then the appearance of scars after wound healing is inevitable.

Chemical burns

Today, a chemical burn to the face can easily be obtained at home by purchasing low-quality cosmetics or a strong cleaning product.

Electrical burns

Electrical burns are quite rare. It can be obtained from a place on the skin that becomes the point of entry and exit of electrical charge. A characteristic feature of this type of burn is small but very deep marks. An electrical burn wound resembles a fire burn and is caused by a short circuit.

Radiation burns

Cases of burns on the face from radiation are not uncommon. Radiation burns can occur on the street, as well as during cosmetic procedures in beauty salons.

Light burns

Light burns can occur if you do not follow the simple rules of exposure to the sun. If you don't use sunscreen or wear a hat, there is a risk of getting burned. It is characterized by superficial skin lesions that go away very quickly.

Ionizing burns

This type of damage to body tissue can occur from a laser in a beauty salon during the use of ionizing radiation.

The wound from a burn is shallow, but getting rid of it can be difficult, since the laser injures nearby tissues: the walls of blood vessels become very brittle, bleeding occurs, and the ability of cells to recover is reduced.

Combined burns

In medicine, there is also a type of combined burns. Fans of modern cosmetology and beauty salons can get this type of burn. Since this is where you can burn the skin with cosmetics and laser at the same time.

Treatment of acne and acne with Baziron

The gel is used as a therapeutic and prophylactic agent. Baziron ointment is effective against acne due to the following properties:

  • relieving inflammation;
  • destruction of harmful flora;
  • improving the process of oxygen delivery to skin cells;
  • reducing the severity of sebum formation;
  • dissolution of acne;
  • prevention of pore clogging;
  • hydration and nutrition;
  • prevention of skin aging.

The medicine inhibits the ability of bacteria to reproduce and spread. The advantages of the acne drug include the lack of stability. Microorganisms cannot develop resistance to the gel. Thus, the gel is suitable for long-term acne treatment.

The drug cares for facial skin, slowing down the natural aging process. Due to the absence of acids in the composition, the drying effect is practically not observed. That is why acne gel can be used on any skin type.

The drug helps eliminate excess sebum. This effect prevents the appearance of new acne. The concentration of fatty acids in tissues decreases, and the growth of epithelial cells also decreases. The product relieves inflammation in the sebaceous glands. Thus, Baziron treats subcutaneous acne.

Retinoic ointment

Retinoic ointment is prescribed to people with seborrhea, dermatitis, papulopustular and rosacea. With regular use of the medicine, the activity of the sebaceous glands decreases, the number of foci of inflammation decreases, and regenerative processes accelerate.

The ointment is rubbed into the affected areas with light, gentle movements. The procedure is repeated 2 times a day. The duration of therapy does not exceed two weeks.

When treating dry sensitive skin, retinoids lead to side effects - irritation, peeling. To get rid of discomfort, you can use moisturizing non-comedogenic creams. The appearance of new rashes that itch is somewhat less common. Then stop using the ointment in the morning. If this does not help, it is canceled altogether.

Retinoids are contraindicated in the elderly and people with severe diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys, and pancreas. For women who are planning a pregnancy or are already pregnant or breastfeeding, it is not advisable to apply this cheap analogue of Baziron to large areas of the body.

How to use Baziron against acne and blackheads

For acne treatment to be effective, you must follow the instructions for using the gel:

  • thoroughly cleansing the skin before applying the product with special cleansers;
  • drying the face with paper napkins or towels;
  • rubbing Baziron through circular massage movements.

You need to apply the gel twice a day (morning, evening). Treatment of acne and pimples with Baziron is long-term. Typically, the course of therapy lasts from 3 months, which is associated with the gradual appearance of results. The effect of use in most cases is noticeable after a month of using the acne remedy.

Baneocin

This is an Austrian analogue of Baziron AC, which contains 2 active components - the antibiotics neomycin and bacitracin. Baneocin is available in the form of ointment and powder. Both dosage forms are equally cheap and suitable for the treatment of dermatological diseases.

The drug enters the bloodstream in small quantities, but does not have a systemic effect. Since it is safe, even infants can be treated with it. The ointment is applied pointwise 2 times a day. The powder is sprayed up to 4 times a day. The course of treatment lasts a couple of weeks.

Baneocin is prescribed for boils, carbuncles, hidradenitis, and infectious skin lesions. Sometimes a cheap analogue leads to side effects: dryness, irritation. Baneocin is contraindicated for people with hearing problems.

Using one cheap analogue of Baziron AC on an ongoing basis can lead to addiction, so they need to be alternated periodically.

The result of using Baziron

The medicine in the form of a gel is prescribed for the treatment of ulcers (trophic), due to the ability to improve oxygen access to various layers of the skin. Gradually the top layer peels off. However, with acne, the scales usually clog the pores as they remain on the surface layer.

The medicinal effect of Baziron is manifested in the destruction of the film and cleansing of the excretory ducts. At the same time, pathogenic microorganisms are destroyed, and sebum is given the opportunity to come out.

Skinoren

The main component of the drug is azelaic acid. When applied to the skin, it is able to penetrate the epidermis and dermis, where it has a therapeutic effect. If the skin is damaged, the penetration of the active substance occurs faster and deeper.

The mechanism of action of this substance is unknown. The acid is believed to affect the production of free forms of oxygen, have an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect, and at the same time suppress the growth and division of abnormal skin cells.

In addition to the main effect, azelaic acid is capable of:

  • Regulate sebum production.
  • Slows down the development of age spots, although it has virtually no effect on those that have already appeared.
  • Promote self-cleaning of the ducts of the sebaceous glands.

The main indication for Skinoren is acne, including those accompanied by inflammation, but it helps prevent the formation of blackheads and pigment spots on the skin.

Despite the fact that Skinoren is a topical drug, some of it can penetrate into the bloodstream. For a single use, 5 g. gel, approximately 3.6% of the total proportion of azelaic acid enters the body.

Azelaic acid did not show any adverse effects in clinical trials. However, the potential risk of using the drug for humans is unknown. Therefore, pregnant and lactating women can use Skinoren only after consulting a doctor, in cases where the benefits of treatment outweigh the likelihood of side effects.

Side effects of Baziron

When treated with gel, the development of side effects may occur. Typically, adverse reactions occur during long-term use of the drug for external use.

The gel may cause peeling of the skin. That is why, if your skin is prone to dryness, you should also use moisturizing cosmetics.

To avoid unwanted consequences, you need to take into account certain instructions:

  • If the acne gel gets on the mucous membrane of the eye, it is necessary to rinse the organ of vision generously with running water.
  • It is undesirable to use the medicine together with drying drugs, which include azelaic and salicylic acids.
  • The course of treatment begins with a drug of minimal concentration. Every month the concentration of the active substance in the gel is increased to achieve maximum results.
  • Avoid direct sunlight on treated areas.

Important! If you experience signs of side effects, which include burning, redness, or blistering, you should stop treatment with the acne medication.

Salicylic acid

This is one of the cheapest analogues of Baziron AC. Currently, manufacturers produce ointments, pastes, solutions and patches that contain salicylic acid.

After application to the affected area, the latter penetrates deep into the tissue, where it has the following effect:

  • destroys microbes;
  • inhibits the functioning of the sebaceous glands;
  • suppresses inflammatory processes;
  • eliminates swelling;
  • softens the layers of the epidermis affected by the abnormal process, accelerates the process of their death;
  • stimulates blood flow to the treated area and thus accelerates healing.

Like Baziron AS, its cheap analogue is not recommended for use by pregnant and breastfeeding women. When used regularly, salicylic acid increases the permeability of the skin to other medications and thereby improves their absorption.

The opinion of cosmetologists about Baziron

The medicine for acne on the face Baziron is considered an effective modern drug. The disadvantages of treatment include the high cost of external agents. However, economical consumption of the gel is noted. Usually 1 package is consumed within a month.

Experts emphasize that Baziron can be used for acne spots. The drug is ineffective if acne is a consequence of hormonal imbalances or increased activity of demodex mites. Before treatment, you need to visit a specialist and identify the causes of acne. Otherwise, after therapy, a relapse is possible.

Attention! Acne treatment should be comprehensive and include proper nutrition, adequate physical activity, and proper sleep.

What is the difference between the drugs

The first difference between the presented drugs is their price. The cost of Baziron is 460 rubles, and for Skinoren you will have to pay 680 rubles. In addition, their composition is also different. Skinoren is made on the basis of azelaic acid, but Baziron contains benzoyl peroxide. Although many experts note that these funds can replace each other, this opinion is considered erroneous, because they have different effects. Baziron directs its action to eliminate all bacteria that affect the formation of inflammation, and Skinoren allows you to change the structure of the glands and reduce the production of sebaceous secretions.

What to do when your face is burned

How to provide first aid if you or someone else has a facial burn? Please note that first aid for a burn is carried out according to certain rules.

After an accident occurs, you need to call and wait for an ambulance. Also at this stage it is important to stop contact with the damaging factor.

  • extinguish the flame, remove boiling water or steam;
  • stop interaction with electric current;
  • Wash your face after contact with chemicals.

Directing a stream of cold water onto the face is allowed only if the skin is intact. Do not apply sour cream or vegetable oil to the wound after a burn.

It is forbidden to remove remnants of clothing or a hot object that has stuck to the skin from the face after a burn. This should only be done by a doctor, as too large pieces of skin may come off and bleeding may occur. At home, there is a danger of infection if the wound comes into contact with any objects.

It is not recommended to treat a wound on the face and apply a bandage without special skills and medical training for this. Without painkillers, this process will cause the victim severe pain.

If transportation of a patient is required, his entire body must be examined. Check to see if he has any additional injuries (depending on the circumstances of the accident). In the absence of emotional reactions in the victim, such as screaming and crying, you need to remember that with third-degree burns a state of shock often occurs.
