They destroy pathogenic and opportunistic microflora on the surface of the skin, thereby accelerating the healing of wounds and cracks. And under the influence of salicylic acid, acne quickly decreases in size and becomes less red.

Auxiliary components are:

  1. Salicylic acid. It has the ability to penetrate deep into pores, preventing the proliferation of pathogenic microflora. The acid has a sebum-regulating effect, i.e. regulates sebum production. As a result, new acne does not appear, because... pores are not clogged. The substance also has a whitening effect by enhancing local blood circulation. The acid penetrates into the deep layers of the dermis and promotes cell renewal, helping to fight stagnant spots and post-acne.
  2. Zinc. It has an immunomodulating effect, stopping inflammatory processes in the body. Transports vitamin A, therefore it is effective in combination with retinoids, which reduce the activity of sebaceous secretion. Zinc also kills pathogenic bacteria, preventing the appearance of new acne. It has drying, healing and keratoplasty properties. Zinc is a powerful antioxidant that blocks dihydrotestosterone. Protects skin from UV radiation.
  3. Formaldehyde. It has an antimicrobial effect on vegetative microorganisms and their spores, blocking the spread of harmful microorganisms. Contains astringent and tanning agents, which helps accelerate skin regeneration. Penetrates into the deep layers of the dermis and slows down the activity of the sebaceous glands, narrows pores. Interacts with groups of amino acids and amines.
  4. Water.
  5. Talc. Has an absorbent effect. Absorbs excess moisture and unpleasant odors. Has an antibacterial effect. Acts as a source of silicon and magnesium. Prevents skin irritation.
  6. Peppermint oil ester. It has a tonic, antimicrobial, deodorizing and antiviral effect. It is classified as an antispasmodic and analgesic substance. Thanks to its pronounced anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties, it helps quickly eliminate skin imperfections. Mint strengthens the vascular network and restores the structure of the skin. Peppermint oil does not clog pores, but helps moisturize the dermis.
  7. Menthol. Has a cooling effect. They have a local anesthetic effect. Menthol normalizes the level of sebum production, preventing the appearance of comedones and pimples. Tightens pores and has a tonic effect.
  8. Glycerol. Necessary to give the ointment viscosity. It also softens and moisturizes the skin. Protects the epidermis, has a healing and brightening effect.
  9. Lead acetate. In small doses, it is effective in the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases. When applied to damaged areas, it forms a film that reduces the severity of pain and prevents irritation. It has an astringent, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. Promotes accelerated healing of wounds, burns and acne. Has a local vasoconstrictor effect.
  10. Hexamethylenetetramine (urotropine, methenamine). Used to reduce sweating and normalize the functioning of the sebaceous glands. It is a broad-spectrum antiseptic. It has a pronounced antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effect. Has a detrimental effect on fungal infections. It affects the deep layers of the skin, preventing the proliferation of pathogenic microflora.
  11. Emulsifier. Necessary to give the ointment the desired consistency.
