- Pressing your chin with your fist and holding this position for 8 seconds. 2-5 reps;
- Moving the lower jaw forward and returning it to its original position. 15 reps;
- The corners of the lips are lowered, the head is thrown back. First, slowly turn your head to one side, then to the other. At the extreme point, fix the position for 8 seconds.
Facelift for chin
